Focus on asking the judge to reduce the stated speed on the ticket. Your girlfriend's willingness to corroborate your actual speed should help your situation. You'll likely still pay a fine, but hopefully less. If his behavior really pissed you off that much, you have his name & could file a complaint at his precinct. They do keep records of such complaints. You could mention, as a side note to the judge, that the officer acted so unprofessionally towards the female in your car & that you felt compelled to file a complaint with his superiors. Likely wont help you much though. Your paths may cross again though. I did this once after a similar situation & later saw the same officer on duty outside a basball game a few weeks later... he remembered us, for sure, and he appologized to my girlfriend. Your results may vary... Just my $0.02 worth..
